KAYLIE LAFOY

Hey, y'all! My name is Kaylie and I have been a hair stylist in North Texas since 2011. I grew up in Sherman, Texas and I knew from a young age that I wanted to be a cosmetologist. Actually…I wanted to be all kinds of things, but I always had a knack for doing hair. I started in the hair industry as a salon receptionist in 2004. From there, I got into products and worked for Armstrong McCall Professional Beauty Supply through high school and college. In 2010, I pursued my passion and started cosmetology school at Diamonds Cosmetology College in Sherman. Within eleven months, I had completed my 1500 hours and passed my state board exams with flying colors. Throughout my career as a stylist I have had the opportunity to explore the many different avenues this industry has to offer. From full-service to quick-service to recruiting and education, I have had wonderful experiences that have helped me grow into a well-rounded and skilled licensed professional.
